Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring and growing new customers for Cloud Platform offerings.
- Entrepreneurial approach to overcoming challenges to build the business by prioritizing and optimizing your team's time.
- To positively impact business metrics including new client / new business acquisition, business growth, programmatic scale acquisition, and leveraging partners.
- Managing a team focused on acquiring and retaining customers.
- Highly driven business professional who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Hire, coach, and drive a team that delivers against assigned territory and targets.
- Contribute to territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities.
- Work with all the stakeholders both internal and OEM community of Sales Managers, Partner Sales Managers, Customer Engineering, and Google Partners to maximize business results and open opportunities with enterprise customers.
Experience required:
- 5-9 years of sales experience in the IT Industry
- Experience in enterprise sales (storage/Networking/Virtualization, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud industries strongly preferred)
- Experience in cold-calling, prospecting into Target Accounts aligning with the GTM strategy.
- Experience in successfully navigating through key stakeholders in the customer organization
