He / She would be responsible to establish contacts with decision makers, Acquisition of New Corporates / SME's for New Business Development / Client Servicing in the region and maintain relationship and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on top line.
- Conduct Market survey to identify potential clients.
- Conduct business meeting with prospective clients.
- Achieving New business development target.
- Achieving Cross-selling & upselling target from existing clients
- Negotiation for TPA fee finalization.
- Build strong connect with all stakeholders - Corporates, Insurance Companies and Brokers to acquire new business
- Brand Management and promote services addressing client's objective.
- Maintain records of Sales., Revenue, SLA and list of potential customers.
- Build long term relationship with new and existing clients.
- Follow-up with the insurance/client/corporate for SLA's renewal.
Qualification & Experience:
Should be Graduate or MBA in Marketing with minimum 7 years in Business development / Client Relationship Management from TPA / Broking / Health Insurance sector.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven Sales track record.
- Excellent Market knowledge / Network / Intelligence.
- Good in negotiation with client.
- Experience in customer support is added advantage.
- Excellent in PowerPoint in addition to Microsoft office.
- Good in Communication, Coordination & interpersonal Skills.
