Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Execute effective strategies for bulk hiring, maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a talented team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BULK HIRING FOR FINANCIAL SECTOR(OTHERS PLZ DO NOT APPLY) .
- 2-8 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in bulk hiring for Financial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and meeting hiring targets.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and mentor a recruitment team.
- Familiarity with wealth management or financial services is a plus.
