They are looking for a Regional Head to manage the business in the North.  Job Description :  Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for :  - Charting the business strategy and looking after the P&L for the entire region  - Managing growth of the brand portfolio with respect to increase in the market share and brand presence  - Leading a team of Zonal Managers and a network of distributors for the entire region  - Devising strategies for new product development and market launches based on consumer response in the region  Profile :  - You would be an MBA (2001/2002/2003) with at least 10 - 14 years of work experience in sales across reputed FMCG organisations.
