Region Head with leading FMCG company(World leader)
Person will be responsible for entire P&L for one state & will be handling big team which includes Sales, Marketing, Finance, MIS, Compliance & Admin.
Overall responsibility for the development, execution and coordination of all long, medium and short term sales strategies and programmes with the purpose of ensuring corporate growth via achievement of sales target and achieving company's objectives in the region in terms of market share and profitability;
The position also has responsibility for liaison with State Governments on compliance, permits, registrations and negotiations on all issues concerning the spirits business in the region concerned.
Full responsibilities for field marketing activities i.e. effective implementations of all marketing programmes in the region.
Liaise with manufacturing units and ensure that products reach territories concerned in time.
Education:-
MBA full time from premiere institute 2000-2005 batch passed out
