About Our Client
Our client is a global beverage giant. Recognized for their consumer centric focus they have grown at a tremendous pace and have over 200 products. They are currently looking for a region head (on premise) to take the business to the next level.
Job Description
Reporting to the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the entire on premise sale for the region.
- Maintaining relationships with top decision makers of existing accounts.
- Understanding requirements of key accounts.
- Creating new business opportunities by working closely with the product teams
- Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Developing innovative sales plans to help raise brand awareness and hence drive sales.
- Understanding the dealer/ distribution network and effectively managing the relationships.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a management graduate from one of the top tier business schools, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in thebeverage industry. You should have had at least 4 years of core on premise channel experience. You should have the ability tocommunicate effectively and work in a matrix structure.
