Description
Reporting to the National Head - Sales, you will be responsible for:-
- Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved
- Working closely with the marketing team and develop the go to strategy
- Design strategies for increasing sales figures
- Managing the dealer relationships and key accounts across the region
- Leading a team of zonal and area managers
Profile
- You should be a MBA with at least 10 years of experience in Sales with a renowned Cosmetics organisation.
- You should have prior experience of working in North India specially with Professional Salons.
- You should have excellent communication skills and experience in working with multi-cultural teams.
