Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager, delivering innovative marketing campaigns for our products. You will strategize to enhance brand reputation, customer awareness and media presence. You will report to Group CEO

Responsibilities include-

- Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the Brand

- Focus on developing positioning and Image of brand compared to competitors

- Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace

- Planning and managing branding budget.

- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies

- Manage inhouse team of graphic designers, online marketing, ATL, BTL and PR activities.

- Ensure consistency in branding of products, packaging, user manuals, etc.

- Development of branding collaterals catalogs, brochures, diaries, calendars etc.

- Set clear guidelines for inhouse team and ensure timely delivery of artwork.

- Coach the team and get the best from everyone

- Planning and managing company events & projects in regards to branding & marketing.

- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights through market research

- Develop and execute brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to respond

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues

- Should have strong creative, analytical skills and should have technical knowledge for packaging

- Build your team! Recruit, train as necessary.
