Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Run key meetings and presentations, such as the initial creative kick off session or our creative pitch in support of the Creative Director and Creative Leads.

- Working as part of the creative operations senior leadership team in ensuring all requirements are clearly defined, adhere to current process maps, are on track and on time as well as supporting forward planning of all work & assets coming through the creative & production teams.

- Communicating creative changes to the appropriate team representatives, ensuring a joined up approach across desktop, mobile and app development as well as external creative requirements.

- Take a project brief from the account team or Client (when required) and work with the creatives & design teams to ensure the client's requirements match the project brief

- Manage capacity across agency's creative portfolios, assigning people to pieces of work and highlighting bottlenecks or capacity issues

- Plan and maintain project schedules, whilst keeping all parties continuously updated on the delivery to ensure deadlines are met.


- Strategic Concepts and Digital Marketing: Conceptualize, develop and present innovative digital marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability


- Lead the Design, Tech, Content, Campaign teams


- PnL Management and responsible for contribution margins

Candidate Requirement:

- Should have worked in a fast paced digital agency

- Should have 4-5 years of working experience in the capacity of Creative Services Manager handling a team of 20 people or more. Overall experience of 10 -15 years

- Should be passionate about design and/or have design experience. End to end Management of website design and development projects.

- Should have good people management skills and a can do attitude. Working with global teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the client.

- Should have good fire-fighting skills

- Should be a logical thinker and clear communicator

- Should have the willingness to be truly part of a global business and the hours that go with it

- Having knowledge in open source platforms would be an added advantage
