What you'll do: Technical Expertise: - Deep Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and technologies, and be able to articulate their value proposition clearly and effectively. - Custom Solutions: Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor technical solutions according to the unique requirements of prospective clients. Pre-Sales Support: - Needs Analysis: Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and challenges, and align our offerings to meet those requirements. - Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions. - Proof of Concept: Develop and present proofs of concept that demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our products in solving client problems. Relationship Building: - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders within client organizations. - Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our internal engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs and our offerings. Communication: - Effective Communication: Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring your message to the audience's level of understanding. - Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and proposals for clients, outlining the proposed solutions and their benefits. What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline). A Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical pre-sales roles within a B2B technology environment. - Strong understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and tools. Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and translate them into business benefits. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and internal teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to new challenges and technologies quickly. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with the B2B2C business model and understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents.
