Job Description : We are looking for an experienced social media/ content specialist to join our team. You will help define and drive Refyne's end-to-end social media content and marketing strategies, work with cross-functional teams to execute them, and measure the performance of different channels. These responsibilities include creating original social media content and driving engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities : - Understand current trends, technologies, and target audience preferences. - Create and implement a robust social media strategy. - Create and maintain the social media calendar and manage the pipeline. - Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content aligned with business goals and content strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in the company. - Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of different channels and re-align strategies according to the actual results achieved. - Well-versed with measurement and optimization techniques to boost ROI Qualifications: - 6 to 7 years of experience in social media management and marketing - Experience working with channels such as Instagram and Facebook - Experience in running paid marketing campaigns on social media - Strong knowledge of social media analytics, research tools, and scheduling software - Strong understanding of the principles and best practices of brand positioning and brand recall - Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills - Ability to be creative not just with words but in terms of content design - Strong written and verbal communication skills - An analytical and problem-solving mindset - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple different brand accounts simultaneously - Experience in social media management and marketing for FinTech would be a plus Additional Information: - Be part of a founding team with a highly successful track record for building global fin-tech start-ups - Backed by leading global tech investors & specialists - Flexible working hours - Competitive salary with other employment perks - Become a key member of a team that is building India's first real-time, on-demand salary platform
