Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing COE lead who'll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to offline initiatives to increase penetration and adoption. You will be developing plans to help achieve short-term and long-term organizational goals. You will help define and drive Refyne's end-to-end marketing strategies, work with cross-functional teams to execute them, and measure the impact of different channels on business. Responsibilities: - Drive strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Offline, and vendor management teams. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department - Set, monitor, and report on team goals agreed upon per accounts and users of Refyne - Work closely with the analytics and research team to plan marketing initiatives as per TG's understanding and insights. - Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material) - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features) - Coordinate with marketing operations and growth team to boost brand awareness - Ability to foresee early warning signals and understand user trend diagnostic capabilities. - Should have a 360-degree view of all distribution channels relevant in the industry today; ability to think out of box channels which might not exist today. Qualifications: - 12-14 years of experience in customer acquisition & retention marketing - Work experience as marketing lead preferably within our industry - Experience running 360-degree successful marketing campaigns - Have contributed to the P&L by running ROI-led marketing campaigns - Solid knowledge of digital marketing and leading tools - Experience with CRM software - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals - Analytical mind - Sense of ownership and self-driven attitude to run the team - Should have a 360-degree view of all distribution channels relevant in the industry today; ability to think out of box channels which might not exist today.
