Role Overview:
As Enterprise Retention and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing our enterprise clients and the entire client ecosystem. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand different problem statements and develop solutions to meet client needs. You will also be responsible for handling the growth and retention of accounts with a sharp eye for identifying problem statements and developing creative solutions for running the financial wellness program successfully in the accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand client escalations and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee the integration of our solutions with client systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange with all internal processes.
- Monitor the performance and develop a process for sharing regular updates with stakeholders.
- Handle the lifecycle of clients, specifically growth and retention.
- Stay informed about the developments in the Refyne product ecosystem and find opportunities to upsell accordingly.
Required Skills and Experience:
-5-7 years of experience in program management, and customer success preferably in a B2B product line.
- Deep understanding of B2B client management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong exhibition of owning P&L.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
