Communicate with the external department like with the liquidator/Resolution professionals or with clients on behalf of company. Delivering and accumulating information from various external department about the upcoming projects or the companies that the team will be acquiring or merging. Attend and speak at meetings to act as a point of contact

1. To handle M&A engagements across the groups & business plan development initiatives.

2. Carry out the documentation w.r.t. the acquisitions till the closure of the deals.

3. Responsible mainly for Financial Modelling and Due Diligence

4.Coordinate the closing of the deal, including financial settlements.

5. Evaluate targets based on their business and financial condition and outlook & recommend deal structure.

6. To travel on need basis for interacting with clients and other stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years of qualifications

2. Good Knowledge in financial modelling and understanding of the financial statement.

3. Good Presentation skills.

4. Identifying sectors and companies that might be viable business targets

5. Conducting financial due diligence

6. Highly motivated, able to take initiative and to do multi-task and ability to work in deadline-oriented environment.

7. Good Communication skills

8. Hands on experience in MS Office especially Word and Excel

9. Planning and Organizing things like developing project timelines and meeting deadlines.
