Position Summary:

TA Head is responsible for overseeing end to end recruitment for the group.

GM / VP - Talent Acquisition reporting to CHRO

Should be an MBA / MSW graduate with 20+ yrs of experience in handling end to end recruitment from Non IT industry.

Job Description:

- Responsible for understanding the requirement and source profiles accordingly.

- Strong in sourcing and candidate management

- Manage stakeholders.

- Responsible for complete end to end recruitment starting from JD creation to offer.

Desired Profile:

- Any degree an MBA with 20+ yrs of experience in recruitment for non IT positions

- Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill

- Good understanding of various position and market.

- Task oriented, Innovative and good at managing multiple projects

Note: Candidate specialized TA alone are eligible no generalist please

Preferably local candidates
