Refex Group - AGM - Debt Fund Raising/Project Finance

Position Responsibility : This position will report to President - Corporate Finance based in Chennai corporate office. Responsible to independently raise debt (project finance/structured finance/working capital etc.) for the group entities. Apart from the above, the candidate will also be expected to work on Mergers and acquisitions/NCLT acquisitions.

Job Description :

- Responsible for raising project funds.

- Should have closed 3-4 mid to large ticket size PE/Investment deal.

- Support on Structured finance, relationship building, financial modelling and working capital management.

- Manage lender compliances and handle M&A portfolio as well.

- Support the PE deal in Investor relation, development, due diligence

- Skilled in Creating Financial models from scratch with advanced excel functions

- Expertise in the preparation of Pitch Deck (Investor's Presentation, Valuation model-DCF, Relative, SOTP)

- Skilled in industry research and financial benchmarking

- Skilled in analyzing the acquisition opportunity from a Merger and acquisition perspective.

- Should have hands-on experience in Transaction documents execution like NDA, Binding and Non-Binding Term sheet, Share Purchase agreement/ Share holders' agreement, Business Transfer agreement etc.

- Coordination with LIE/LLC.

- Tracking financial and operational performance ongoing basis

- Represent group to the financial institutions

- Responsible for Complete debt raising profile who would have worked in raising debt from Banks and NBFC space

- Responsible for end to end experience in Corporate Finance Banking and Fund Raising transactions.

- Responsible for the whole loan life cycle with proposal writing, financial model, and CMA data from scratch.

- Handle Banking Relationship in Banks/FI/NBFC space for Project Financing, Term loan and working capital Loan transactions

- Handle all aspects of large transactions for a business, including due diligence.

Desired Profile :

- MBA or CA with 8+ yrs of experience in Corporate Finance post-qualification experience.

- Complete debt raising profile who would have worked in raising debt from Banks and NBFC space

- The incumbent should have end to end experience in Corporate Finance Banking and Fund Raising transactions.

- He should have experience in the whole loan life cycle with proposal writing, financial model, and CMA data from scratch.

- He should have dealt with Banking Relationship in Banks/FI/NBFC space for Project Financing, Term loan and working capital Loan transactions

- He should be having experience in loan documentation and mortgage creation related activities

- Should have good experience working with Financial Module & Power sector.

- Excellent knowledge on Preparation of presentation, Information of Memorandum, financial modelling skills.

- Co-ordinating with different departments for information.

- Engaged with Corporate finance Team for closing the funds.

- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.

- Excellent Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
