Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

- To ensure positive development of Reebok brand image, sustainable and profitable business through adequate Trade & Consumer Marketing planning and execution at the POS.

- Balance brand and category message against channel (primarily eCommerce) specific requirements.

- Ensure brand presence at POS by connecting strategic account/channel plans with Reebok Brand Marketing objectives.

- Drive Brand Visibility through right BTL plans inclusive of PR, Store Launches and Alliances

- Support in Key City Attack Plans and Traffic Driving activities

Key Responsibilities :

Channel Marketing :

Retail :

- Plan and Execute Traffic Driving Plans in identified stores.

- Align with Regional Managers to ensure timely execution of any local activation (for example:- branding, newspaper inserts etc.) as per local market needs

- Support in Key City Attack Plan by closely co-ordination with regional/ local teams

- Build a sustained Shopping Mall Relationship Program to have constant engagement with top stores of the country

- Implement a Direct Marketing Program for activating consumers already registered with the brand through online / offline events / stores etc.

eCommerce :

- Develop an GTM Calendar for the eCommerce channel

- Execute the communication requirements for the GTM calendar including any specialized imagery, visuals or content that may need to be developed uniquely for the channel. Ensure implementation of the seasonal content calendar in close conjunction with eCommerce Team

- Work with the eCommerce Team to garner relevant insights on traffic, conversion, other patterns and take the same into account for future planning and roll out.

- Amplify marketing campaigns through visibility and engagement programs on partner eCommerce channels

- Ensure quality brand presence throughout the year on partner eCommerce portals

- Plan and execute concepts like - Reebok Brand Days- or - Style Chats- with excellence in co-ordination with the E-comm team

- Drive + KPIs for the brand across the entire eCommerce Scope - omni and partner

Communications :

- Handle communication requirements for a specific channel

- Deal with agencies in creating relevant communication for specific promotions, product relevant for a particular channel like E-comm

Key Relationships :

- Sales and Retail teams

- Ecommerce Team

- NTP and Finance

- External vendors and agencies

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications :

- MBA

- Asst / Brand Manager from a Retail / FMCG / eCommerce

- Fluent in English (writing and verbal)

- Excellent presentation skills

- IT skills : Outlook, Excel and Word: Basic; PowerPoint: advanced
