We are looking for highly focused Engagement Managers for our digital analytics practice. Our philosophy, solutions and vision is detailed on our website, So do check it out before reading further!. So here is who we are looking for

- Business Development / Sales Expertise: Why because all consulting solutions finally need to be implemented which require influencing skills. We do not want folks who just work on excel sheets. Therefore 2 years of FMCG / BFSI sales would be very useful.

- Quantitative Skills : As we are an analytics company, quant skills are essential. So we are looking for folks who are in the top 10 percentile in Mathematics in their high school, graduation and management courses .

- Knowledge of Logistic Regression, Cluster, R, SQL and applying them on data sets is essential. We understand that you may not have had an opportunity to do this on your current job, but do refresh you B- School Stats course thoroughly before applying

- Redwood offers extremely intensive and dynamic work environment and the candidate will be willing to travel and to be willing to relocate to any of client locations, within India and abroad.

Indicative Qualifications:

Management Degree in Liberal Arts from Premier Institute (if not from Premier Institute the candidate should be very good at Mathematics). If you have a B Tech / MBA degree pls stress on the innovations which you would have done during the B.Tech

Compensation : Best as per Industry Standard and not a constraint for the right candidate
