Job Description The candidate will be joining RedSeer at a mid-level in the Finance team. The Finance team at RedSeer has extended responsibilities that include Core Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Taxation, Compliances, Payroll processes, MIS and Corporate Strategy. The candidate is expected to drive a team of 4-5 in their respective workstreams, guide & train them, and work as a bridge between the team and the CFO. The candidate would also assist the CFO in various strategic initiatives. Qualification: - Chartered Accountant with ~2 years work experience in a mid-tier CA firm or Corporate in the Finance team. Key Skillsets: For this role, the important skill sets would be 1. Technical depth and strong conceptual understanding in accounting, tax, compliance matters. Good understanding of Indian GAAP. 2. Good spoken and written communication skills to manage team members & various stakeholders internal and external 3. Strong in excel - ability to handle modelling, budgeting, preparation of financials etc, 4. Experience in process automation / design in Finance teams will be preferable.
