RedMuslin - Head - Operations

Welcome to RedMuslin. The company is founded by two professionals from top-tier management institutes (IIM) and 12-13 years of diverse experience in banking and consulting across USA, Europe and Asia.

We are currently in the set-up phase and are looking to add an early-stage employee who can work with the founding team on the various operational aspects of the business.

The role offers an opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities will include the following:

- Tying up various elements of logistics including working with potential vendors, vendor selection, negotiations etc.

- Explore innovative solutions in the market to drive operational efficiency and optimize costs

- Create and monitor KPIs and metrics for operational aspects of business

- Work with technology team to ensure all required elements of operations are being built into the technology platform

- Develop quality control processes

- In addition to the core Operations role, as a core team member provide inputs and ideas on other fundamental business aspects like product development, technology and marketing

Qualifications:

- Passionate about working with a start-up, self-motivated and entrepreneurial

- Very high energy levels, strong communication and problem solving skills

- 2-5 years- prior work experience in Operations domain

- Prior experience with internet startups or ecommerce would be a plus

- Graduate from premier institutes (IIT, DU etc.) preferred

The position is based in NCR.

Compensation: Combination of salary and equity stake in the company
