Salary range: 5 - 7 LPA
Main Responsibilities :
- Create new business for Rediff.com's Enterprise solutions via online/direct customers & reseller channel for India & abroad.
- Leverage Rediff.com's resources & training to stay updated on our products, technology trends and advancements to have an expert knowledge and proficiency in our offerings.
- Work collaboratively with internal (Inside Sales, Field sales teams, Customer support, Renewals, R&D and Accounts) and external partners & customers
- Manage end-to-end business development process including Self sourcing (via LinkedIn & other Social media, Database outcalls, etc.), Lead qualifying (both self-sourced & website in bounds), Breaking ice with decision makers (including C-level) within all size organizations (over phone & email) and facilitate lead nurturing ((RFI, RFQ, RFP), negotiations, sales closure and account management (via series of appointments for conference calls, Screen-shares based web demos or even face to face meetings if so required by customer)
- Digital marketing activities- Participation in group activities in SEO/ SEM, Social media, Mailers & Newsletters, Online - Banner campaigns, Call out campaigns, Preparation of Brochures, White papers, Client presentations, etc
- Continuous data keeping & reporting of customer data from various sources at various stages in the sales pipeline, using spreadsheets & company MIS & CRM tools.
- Meet assigned quarterly sales quotas, both individually and as part of a team with complete view of Target Vs Achieved Vs Expected closures on weekly basis.
Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills :
- Bachelor degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Year/s of successful technical-solutions based Business development / Inside Sales experience, with consistent performance, preferably B2B Inside Sales experience in digital/cloud/ IT space.
- Digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Organizational skills, oral (English, & any one regional language) and written (English) communication. Solid computer skills including proficiency in Spreadsheet, Presentation, Word and similar other softwares.
- Good Communication skills. Both Written & Verbal - English, Verbal only - Hindi and any other regional language desirable)
- High energy, Self-motivation, Self-initiation,Proactiveness, Detail orientation, Aggressive "sales hunter" skills, independent prioritization of work and minimal supervision are a few other things that win our hearts and our customers.
