About the role You will be closely working with the product managers to understand the different aspects/features of the product and then, collaborating with the tech team to set up the tracking and analytics of the product features. You will handle the end-to-end process from setting up the tracking to doing analytics on top of them. You'll be using tools like CleverTap, Firebase, BigQuery, Appsflyer, etc. for tracking and GSheet, SQL &amp; R for Product analytics. Requirements/What you will do - Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate with product managers to understand the new product &amp; feature developments - Event Tracking: Define events basis the analysis of new feature developments and work closely with the tech team to ensure the accurate tracking of the events defined - Product Analytics: Create reports and dashboards to provide visibility of different product features. Setup frameworks for AB Testing, Segmentation, Funnel tracking etc. - Actionable Insights: Analyse and identify actionable insights to drive product improvements - Ownership: Take complete ownership of the projects (app performance, conversions, user growth, and retention analytics) and managing the project from end to end Key skills and competencies - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a field related to engineering, data science/analytics - 2-10 years of relevant work experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics - Technologies - GoogleSheets/Excel, SQL(must), R/Python, Google Analytics, CleverTap, BigQuery, Appsflyer - Prior experience with Product analytics is preferred
