RedDoorz - Manager - Data Analytics

Requirements/What you'll do

- Manage a team of data analysts and also, work as an individual contributor

- Organize, prioritize, manage, and delegate various data requirements of the company

- Work closely with function heads/managers in understanding their data requirements

- Co-own critical metrics and lead multi-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

- Heavy data crunching to build insights and recommendations and drive operational decision-making.

- Lead all aspects of the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.

- Recruit, train, develop and preside over analyst-level employees. Ensure accuracy on work of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.

Key skills and competencies

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a field related to engineering, data science/analytics

- 5-12 years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Modeling

- Technologies - GoogleSheets/Excel, SQL, R/Python, Google Analytics, CleverTap, BigQuery, Appsflyer

- 2+ years in managing and leading a team
