Get to know the role:

With RedDoorz moving towards becoming a data first company, this role is pivotal to the transformation. This role requires you to demonstrate a strong BI/DWH experience and critical thinking. You will be a key stakeholder in the decision making for Products. You will:

1. Analyze Product, Business and Marketing data to derive growth strategies at the company level

2. Manage the data requirements of business and other stakeholders

3. As the lead of analytics and BI, drive the Data Warehouse project of the company along with the data engineering team

4. Develop comprehensible analytical solutions to solve business problems using domain knowledge, or statistical procedures depending on the requirements of the project

Key skills and competencies:

1) Bachelor's/Master's degree in a field related to engineering, data science, computer science, mathematics/statistics from top universities such as IIT/NIT/BITS

2) 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence and/or data analytics

3) Data Technology - R/Python, SQL, Hive, Tableau, PowerBI

4) Prior experience with data warehousing is preferred

5) Ability to take initiatives and manage project end-to-end
