Redcliffe Labs - Assistant Manager - Finance

Experience : 4-6 years

Qualification : Semi CA/CA/ MBA Finance

Designation: Assistant Manager - Finance

Salary : 7LPA-10lpa

Hands on experience on account receivable, collections management, reporting of revenue, receivable and & ageing analysis and coordination with Internal, Statutory Auditors and other external advisors

Key Responsibilities :

1. Streamline the revenue and receivables accounting and continuous monitoring of the same.

2. Assist in monthly books closing activities.

3. Assist in special projects primarily relating to the automation of financial processes.

4. Preparation of reports for the monthly reporting to the Board and the Shareholders

5. Coordination with Internal, Statutory Auditors and other external advisors

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic ERP-365 or Other ERP software.

7. Proficient in Excel & good presentation skills.

8. Streamline of Order to cash

9. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

10. Responsibility of mapping of collection against the respective customers.

11. Controlling and reporting of cash collection from various locations.

12. Reconcile AR balances, manage and resolve every financial discrepancy between our and Customers accounts.
