Strategy Analyst

- We are looking for high velocity, high intensity individuals who can run risk metrics for our credit card business (one of India's largest NTC credit card issuer).

- It is a very versatile role where you can think of yourself as a CPO (product) + CRO(risk) + CIO (data).

Responsibilities:

- Build data driven understanding of customers through attributes & features

- Use quant to understand data science team built models, and build cashflow models to simulate credit opportunities in the portfolio.

- Decide on tradeoffs between various credit scenarios and build strategies for 'agile' validation.

- Own dotted lines of reporting of multiple operational teams such as collections, partnerships, acquisition etc and drive key metrics

- Run your own portfolio/metrics and maximise profitability

- Innovate and create credit opportunity areas for the business

- Ability to digest macroeconomic data and find opportunities for lending
