Reporting to : Head of Product (B2C), Data Analytics and Customer Acquisition MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Years of Experience: 6 to 7 years of relevant experience post MBA. Should have 3-4 years of product management experience. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The key role will be to facilitate the development of 2 sided marketplace network effects. As a Market place product manager, you will be responsible to understand and productize what he operator wants in our market-first, operator-facing portal. You will also be responsible for managing integration of YourBus which came to us through an acquisition You will be expected to: - Understand the key business drivers for a Bus Operator and develop Products that will enable redBus to deliver on those goals. - Evolve product differentiators driven through the supply side and deliver on those by enabling bus operators to participate. - Help bus operators win by giving them strong data analytics tools and platforms enabling better and quick decision making process. - Create feedback loops that help customers get the best travel and post-travel experience on redBus by providing tools to bus operators to deliver on these parameters - Ideate on features that can make the life of an operator much easier. - Spend time with operators in fine-tuning the features. - Ideate on increasing the impact of our YourBus product. You are: - An attention-to-detail freak - Passionate about products and productizing latent and patent requirements of the market - Obsessed about refining his/her product towards a measurable goal - Comfortable talking to bus operators and developers REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - The Successful Applicant should be a MBA from good B-school with ~ 6-7 years of relevant experience. - Successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. - Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple timelines.
