Responsibilities   - Drafting and negotiating various business contracts, online agreements with domestic and international parties, banking and payment gateway agreements, marketing contracts etc.   - Litigations- consumer matters, criminal matters, IP related cases, domain squatting cases.   - Liaising with the competent authorities on ground level issues faced by business.   - IPR registrations and protection.   Skills required :   - Good written and oral communication skills.  - Ability to work with business teams displaying and understanding of the business requirements.  - Good interpersonal skills.   - Ability to manage time efficiently, close issues quickly and effectively.  Qualifications : L.L.B degree from a recognized university.   Post qualification experience: 3- 5 Years; experience in e-commerce sector, or service industry would be preferable.
