Key Responsibilities:

- Review, Analyses and Report on Business (RTC) Key Metrics Data.

- Review of Business (RTC) Channel Wise Sales and Trends to drive growth.

- Identify and Define Potential Growth Target Routes and support Business (RTC) Management with insights for Route Wise Booking Growth at these RTCs with planned interventions.

- Conceptualize, plan and execute various growth initiatives for Business (RTC) in consultation with Management to increase redBus share of bookings.

- Work closely with Business development teams across regions and provide Business Analysis support for Management and Supply Teams.

- Work closely with Management RTC Support and RTC Tech in case of any anomalies in the key metrics & KPIs BUSINESS ANALYST

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Review, Analysis and Report on Business KPIs and drive Business Growth.

- Experience in defining and driving business growth in specific cohorts identified.

- Experience in BI Dashboard, MIS & Excel.

- Good oral and written communication skills

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MBA

Preferred Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 2 to 4 years
