About Us :We are a Food Tech/Food Products Startup Company which is based out of Mumbai, looking for a Co founder, who is passionate, innovative, with expertise in Business Planning, Strategy Development, fundraiser, people with VC or PE experience, Currently VP, SVP, Business head positions across multiple verticals, Have a Hunger and skills to Grow .Tired of Working on Salaries and want to really achieve something and live your Dreams.

This is a CXO level position and hence, we expect applicants to be adept in Venture Capital, Fund raising

Preference would be given to candidates who have had prior hands-on experience in e-commerce setups.

The incumbent should preferably be from a Pedigree MBA institution from India/ abroad with at least a minimum of 5 years of work experience. But more importantly we need someone who is a self motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit,High intelligence with creativity in thought, Hunger to achieve

Desired Candidates should have:

- An MBA from a premier institute like IIT's / IIM's/ISB/SP Jain is preferred, but optional for proven HiPo guys.

- An Extra-active guy, right from the childhood.

- Total experience of at least 5 years with previous experience in a VC fund or PE firm on business side

- Career aspirations for roles focused on business understanding and strategy formulation

- Collaborative work style; Strong interpersonal and team skills

- Ability to independently work on unstructured problems

- Driven / motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup

What's On Offer :

There's very substantial equity on offer. You should ideally be able to sustain yourself without any remuneration for the first few month (read 3 to 6 months, although we are open to considering a sustenance pay well before, as things progress, but suo-moto, ownership). Needless to say remunerations will be re-calibrated post our first round raise, based on the boards approval of salaries for co-founders. More importantly, we promise an experience that's as transformative for you personally as it would be for the Food industry at large

Note : This is equity only Role, Based out of Mumbai, People in Mumbai or ready to relocate can only apply .

Compensation : Single Digit Equity from Day One ( With 2 Years Resting Period )

Daily Food at Office

Travel Allowance, Medical, Bonus, Incentives, ESOPS etc.
