Am looking for a Tech Ninja for taking up a Co-Founder / CTO Role.   No Limit to the Equity to be provided to the right candidate (Of Course less than 10% :) )   Type / skills / profession looking for :   - Should Have Awesome Coding Skills.   - Should have experience in e-commerce/Internet start up.   - Managing and directing website technical structure, design & aesthetics, navigation, information architecture, performance   - Should know technologies like PHP, ruby on rails or python and God Knows What other Big Words frameworks.   - Some front-end experience will be added advantage   - Should be able to build a strong team, handle and motivate them.   - Should also be able to develop other products like mobile apps etc.   - Responsible for Big Data and Analytics Platforms, Supply Chain Platforms, Datawarehouses, Billing and Payment platforms, Recommendation Engines, Experimentation Platforms etc   Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support the success of the business.   - Build backend tools to automate business processes for marketing, customer service, production, management, etc, and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users and developer features.   - Code the sweat out of the Box   - Should be a results-oriented individual, with a strong will to win and standby!   Qualifications :   - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) + Prior Startup Exp is a Plus + Prior Development of E-Comm Marketplaces is AWESOME!   Compensation : Let's Face it, ESOP (Founder's Equity) only as of now but from live of the website, we can give 30K initial compensation .   The suitable candidate will be the core member of Founding Team and lead all the Technical aspects of the venture.   WE would have all legal contracts in place and also Shares will be allotted once the site is live !
