Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager, Corporate Human Resources. The Senior Manager, Corporate Human Resources will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee relations, leading talent acquisition initiatives, and conducting performance evaluations. The Senior Manager, Corporate Human Resources will also be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, conducting employee engagement initiatives, and managing compliance.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of HR operations, policies, and strategies
- Experience in talent acquisition and performance management
- Expertise in employee engagement and relations
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
