Pre Sales Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out to business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our solutions could help them. Key elements of the role include: - Develop incremental business with new customers - Act as the point of contact for clients - Identify new customers through lead generation, follow-up, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach - Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing clients - Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline - Maintaining data and reports on a daily basis - Responsible for interfacing and acting as a bridge between the sales team and the clients. - Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives - Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers accounts - Presenting and delivering information to potential clients - Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions We are looking for: - Hunter mentality, self-motivated, self-starter, takes initiative - Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and partners - Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers - Proficient in managing and analyzing data via MS Excel / Google Sheets - Independently coordinate with multiple teams internally - Should be an Expert in Estimating deals / communicating with Delivery Leaders for approvals and Finance for their approvals. - Must have worked with FMCG brands/Startups - Should have SAAS selling experience
