He/She will be responsible for all tasks and client service activities associated with the West/North/South-East region. Finally, thinking out of the box is very much appreciated in this role. Key elements of the role include : - Target setting and achievement of assigned targets and generating revenue for the vertical through sales for all the geographies/locations. - Plan and execute sales strategies for Recykal sales and enhance productivity. - Manage and own PL for the company. - Enabling business growth by developing a strong team and managing and upscaling the existing team. - Ensure manpower recruitment and planning as per the budget, location-wise, and across geographies. - Responsible for team management, retention, performance, and productivity across the team. - Maintain the highest level of business hygiene and ensure all adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliances. - Drive innovation and deliver business-critical tasks. - Responsible for driving coverage of the area, increasing awareness and business value of the company's products and services. - Having some knowledge of sustainability and being willing to acquire an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions. - Responsible for building a healthy pipeline from the territory along with the marketing team. - Responsible for the efficacy and accuracy of the pipeline for the territory on the CRM. - Leverage existing customer success stories to replicate in similar-sized or sector organizations. - Lead and work with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies required for business. - Build knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. - Responsible for the forecast accuracy to the leadership. We are looking for : - At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales. - Should have a strong experience in sales/operations. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment. - Demonstrated experience in leading a team of 10 - 20 members previously. - Extremely high customer service and experience orientation. Previous experience in building strong customer relationships or scaling up such businesses in a B2C or B2B environment is highly desirable. - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
