Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting the recruitment plan for R&D department of Hyderabad, India, organizing and implementing recruitment activities (social recruitment and school recruitment);
2. Responsible for screening, selecting, establishing and maintaining appropriate recruitment channels, continuously developing and utilizing various recruitment channels to satisfy the company. the demand for qualified personnel;
3. A comprehensive job analysis, assessment of recruitment effect; analysis of sources of talent, to ensure that the personnel structure is reasonable and healthy
4. According to the client for Qualifications for each position, build and optimize the interview structure and interview exam;
5. Responsible for the establishment of reserve talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism;
6. Assist the superior leaders to establish and improve the company's recruitment process and system, and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment implementation.
7. Complete other related recruitment work
Job Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years working experience in recruitment positions, familiar with various recruitment channels and recruitment skills in India;
2. 2 years of experience in recruiting-related industries such as Internet, technology, and electronic consumption.
3. Strong negotiation ability, based on the business situation of the employment department. And the organization development status to determine recruitment channels and tools;
4. Enthusiasm, initiative, and good at communication.
