Recruitment Specialist/Senior Recruitment Specialist - Executive Search Firm

We are looking for Recruiters for our organization. Below is the job role:

- Understanding the requirement of the client.

- Sourcing the Cv's from our database and portals

- Speaking with the candidates and churning their relevant experience and interest in the openings.

- Scheduling of Interviews

- Coordinate with client as well as interviewed candidates for updates

- Follow up till candidate joins

- Candidates from Recruitment or non-recruitment background who are passionate in making their career in Recruitment are welcome.

- Candidate should be computer savvy and should have excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
