Recruiter Job Responsibilities :
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching Social media, Job portals, networking, cold calling, head hunting and employment agencies.
- Determines candidate requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Plays a role of a career advisor to the candidate
- Create a story board and give a sales pitch to the candidate about the organization and the position
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Maintain complete MIS and metrics related to recruitment.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Recruiter Qualifications/Skills :
- Excellent communication skills English and Hindi
- Sourcing and screening knowledge on Sales Marketing & Business skills in IT infrastructure and development related skills in Datacenter, Colocation, ICT etc.
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Strong negotiations skills
- Phone and online meeting platform skills
- Supports workplace diversity
- Professionalism and project management skills
Education and Experience :
- Bachelors degree is a must. MBA will be added advantage
- 5 to 8 years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple domain niche roles simultaneously.
