We are building the organization with handpicked resources after an extensive selection process involving assessments for capability, camaraderie, analytical ability and stability. You will be part of a pioneering start-up comprising of leaders from Syntel, IBM, Big 4 including E&Y, Deloitte and have managed multi-billion dollar organizations and large projects across the globe.

Recruiter Job Role/ Responsibilities:

Sourcing :

- Responsible to source resumes of candidates as per job description

- Perform screening of applicants to determine if they are qualified for the open positions

- Recruit candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies

- Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories

- Sending the matching profile as per the client's requirements

Recruit :

- Performing phone interviews with candidates

- Coordinate with candidate & client to schedule interviews

Post-interview :

- Obtain accurate feedback from them in terms of shortlisted and/ or Interview request

- Perform the tasks of preparing and maintaining various records for various metric reports pertaining to recruitment

- Perform the tasks of maintaining and updating applicant tracker

- Miscellaneous

- Work on technology positions

- US shift - 6 PM to 3 AM

- Remote work but Pune Based

- Should have used various job portals such as Dice, Monster India, Naukri, Monster USA, Career Builder, Jobsite, Total Jobs, City jobs, Reed, Monster UK, CW jobs etc.

- Social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Github, Blogs and many more

Desired Candidate profile:

- Should have extensively interacted over the phone with the candidates based out of the US

- Should have hired technology profiles extensively (Dot net, Java, SAP, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics etc)

- Preference is for those who have worked in the Telecom domain

- Education background - Graduate/ Bachelor's degree. Engineer is preferred

- Negotiation skills

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships

- Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
