Qualifications:-

- Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent academic qualification

- Minimum 5 years of Technology recruiting experience with atleast 2 years in product development/technology/ startup organizations

- Experience in conducting research, mapping target companies to engage and attract passive talent

- Possess strong ability to source, pre-screen candidates and manage entire recruiting lifecycle efficiently
