- New Requirement Gathering from Hiring Managers. Preferably someone who has used Success factors and ICIMS.
- Sourcing suitable candidates in various channels.
- Scheduling Technical discussions with the Managers.
- Managing offer negotiations with selected candidate.
- Managing and following-up the BGV reports with 3rd party vendors.
- Gathering candidate's personal data for various onboarding process.
- Informing various departments on the New Hire for smooth on-boarding process
- Preparing reports for Recruiter global meets
- Maintaining and updating Employee's personnel folder for audit purposes
- Onboarding activities
- Must have good communication skills
