Minimum Requirement :
- He/she should be able to close a mid & senior-level position by himself/herself only.
- He/she should have 4-10 years of experience in recruitment only.
- He/she should be from the premium college
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Solid verbal & written communication skills
- Preferably with biotech/ pharma/microbiology (Optional)
Job Description :
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor Key HR Metrics, including the time to fill, time - to hire, and source to hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- He/she should be able to manage the general HR role
