Must Haves:

- Experience of BFSI, Investment banking hiring is good.

- Expert in self-sourcing and keywords, Boolean searches and advanced searches

- Must, must have - strong sourcing skills (direct sourcing, not via vendors or job postings), good communication (comprehension + articulation)
