Recruitment Role - EduTech (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring for a HR recruiter for one of our clients which is a fast growing ed-tech company.
What you will do?
1. Drive scale-up plans of the company by attracting the best talent across the industry .
2. Screening resumes of applicants and shortlisting candidates for telephonic discussions
3. Interviewing candidates on phone in initial round and shortlisting them for next rounds of interviews
4. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
5. Delivering on monthly recruitment targets set in line with the company's growth plans.
6. Rolling out offer letters to selected candidates and remaining in touch with them until time of joining
7. Conducting new employee orientation and onboarding and ensuring that new hires settle well in the company during the initial phase.
Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Strong mastery of the end to end recruitment process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have passion for interviewing candidates and finding new sources of building pipeline.
