Applications invited for a Recruitment Specialist/Resourcer with expertise and dynamic hiring skills for UK Investment Banking domain front office roles.

Must Have Experience:

- Deep knowledge of hiring for Investment Banking domain clients in the UK/EU/US market.

- Expertise required on the Front office roles of Investment Banking domain which includes Investment Analyst, Trading Analyst, Sales, Client Advisor, Risk Manager, Opearations Analyst, Compliance Manager and so on.

- This opportunity will ensure candidates to have the great exposure with UK/EU market across different business functions to support the front office

- Candidate will have the opportunity to work with global sourcing team and interact with business stakeholders directly.

- Strong knowledge of hiring for skill sets like Fixed Income Trading, Fixed Income Sales, Fixed Income Research and Debt Capital Markets for UK Geography

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of responses to advertised positions

- Screening applications and submitting qualified candidates in line with role profile to the Recruiter and Hiring Manager

- Actively approaching, engaging and assessing passive candidates via innovative sourcing techniques (e.g. social media, internal databases, job boards, internet searches, hiring manager and team networks) for UK Geography

- Building sourcing strategies that tap into internal talent pools, diverse markets and external matches, providing quality internal talent

- Developing and actively running talent pipelines and viable talent pools for commonly recruited roles

- Supporting and promoting diversity initiatives

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

- Passionate about sourcing proactive and engaging

- Expert in search tools like LinkedIn

- Investment banking, Fixed Income trading, Debt Capital markets recruitment experience would be a must

- Fluent in English communication
