Job Responsibilities
- A competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business.
- End to End Recruitment.
- Understanding Client's requirements.
- Finding candidates & fostering long-term relationships
- Creating new recruitment strategies (Employing recruiting methods to attract candidates)
- Post jobs on Job Portals & LinkedIn.
- Take Telephonic round of candidates, Brief them about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job before sending them to the client for an interview.
- Handle the tasks of managing the job offer process and negotiating salary structure as well as finalize arrangements between candidates and the clients.
- Take various follow-ups of the candidates at different stages of recruitment process i.e Interview, Shortlisting, Offer made, Joining etc
- After joining, make sure that the candidate is satisfied with his job role and current organization.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
