Recruitment Partner (1-Year Contract) - International professional services organization
Looking for an experienced and talented Recruitment Partner who brings 8-10 years of expertise in recruitment within the professional services sector.
Note: This role is a 1-year contractual position.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices to attract top-tier talent.
- Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand business objectives and staffing requirements.
- Provide expertise on market conditions, salary trends, and talent availability.
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate transparently with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding processes for a smooth transition.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a focus on professional services.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles at various levels.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
