Responsibilities:
Qualitative:
- Act as a strategic business partner on behalf of the TA team and act s an interface between the business and TA teams.
- Create WIN-WIN situation for both business and recruitment team through collaboration
- Outside-in Perspective: Bring Market intel to advise the business leaders to take decisions
- Insight Driven Approach: driving inferences from the data points and recommending course corrections, if required
- Actively participate in business discussions and contribute key inputs from recruitment standpoint
- Being on top of data for all the top clients and accounts
- Interoperability of data between Business Units (creation of data bank of profiles)
- Collaboration with Regional Managers to provide holistic talent options to the business
- Critical / Non-Critical Requirement Tracking
- Client Interview Progress Report - in collaboration with Different Business Units - Talent Acquisitions
