- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactively manage, control and monitor activities against a Stakeholders
- Good experience in Technical recruitment
- Experience in End-to - End recruitment
- Perform salary, fee, and contract negotiations with clients and candidates
- Should hold good experience in salary negotiation,releasing offer letter
- Ownership and co-ordination of collaborative team contact with stakeholders
- Maintain records of the stakeholders sessions held and the associated feedback.
- Conducting first level of interview such as telephonic and help hiring managers to filter the candidates according to skills reqired.
