- Meeting recruiting targets and managing internal or external stakeholder reporting Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel with special focus on New Age sourcing techniques.
- Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and Recruitment channels Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization Manages and develops the team of Recruiters Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
- Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related concerns
- Provide external marketplace information to Leadership Optimize and Update recruiting databases and tools.
