Recruitment Manager - Technical hiring (9-12 yrs)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for IT/Engineering, sales and Corporate positions.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Lead the selection process, including interviewing, evaluating, and recommending candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the IT/Engineering and Corporate sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent pipelines.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance the team's performance and capabilities.
- Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Promote the integration of new employees into the organization.
